Join us for a 90-minute Gentle Yoga and Sound Bath Experience.
We will begin with gentle yoga poses to help guide your body into a deeply relaxed state. The yoga postures help alleviate tension in both the body and mind, granting potential access to higher levels of meditation. Shamanic Yoga meditation techniques will also be utilized to aid in restoring a connection between your mind, body, self and the earth. The Sound Bath creates vibrations to help prepare the energetic and physical bodies for rejuvenation and relaxation.
This will be followed by a sound bath incorporating Crystal Singing Bowls with vocal toning by Abi. This is the perfect practice to help to reduce stress and tension and harmonize your body, mind and spirit.
Wear your most comfortable clothes. Feel free to bring your own mat, pillow(s), and blanket(s).

Our instructors are certified yoga teachers with the Yoga Alliance and have been trained in Gong Meditation and Singing Bowls by Joy Lasher. They are familiar with various playing techniques of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls and gongs, as well as how to incorporate them into yoga classes and group singing bowl/gong classes. The training also included studying the origin and history of singing bowls, the fabrication of them, and the different types and names.
